The location here was fantastic, just a short walk to all the places we wanted to visit; in addition, there was a nearby pub, Drunken Dreki, where we could grab a meal.

Highly recommended for summer holidays. Bright hotel, I felt safe here, it had great location short walk to the coast, the centre of Nettuno, and everything-Colosseum, Vatican, Pantheon, museums and downtown area. I had a reasonably spacious room, liked the very comfy bed. The bedrooms were good, featuring the sea view. The personal was very, very nice and courteous...

Favourable location in the local area, right by the sea. Twin room, good-sized bathroom.

This place is lovely with friendly staff and amenities such as air conditioning and strong WiFi in the deluxe rooms.

It's nothing to do with 4-stars hotel. Max - 3 stars.

The recently renovated rooms on the upper floors are charming, equipped with a TV and a cozy chair.

I was expecting this to be a tiny room with 3 beds for the price, but it was more like an apartment- it was very nice, very clean and perfect location!

The breakfast here was awesome - so much delicious food to choose from. This venue is right smack in the middle of everything, convenient location! 🌟

The lobby was nice and cool.

Airconditioning worked very poorly and personel turned it remotely off even when we were in the room. Shower didn't work, water was changing constantly between ice cold and burning hot. Shower booth door fell away. We received towels onöy for one even we were two adults and one kid. Dinner was a fixed menu service, not a la carte and the quality was not up to the price charged. Personel gave a lot of empty promised, but nothing happened. Far, far away from four stars, mamimum two and a half stars.

Reception staff was friendly but this is all I can say good...

Breakfast was very poor, definately not a 4 star hotel one (1, max 2). The restaraunt barely spoke English but I guess this is normal for Italy. Despite I paid 120 EUR per night the room was facing the side street where it was noicy from the pizza business at nights...
